It was smooth since the restaurant is in the airport. They asked for 5 years of background verification and my references were asked about my previous 5 years of work experience. Upon completion, I received the green badge.
- Were you flexible with your working hours?
Team Member
The interview process was easy, quick, and simple. Most of the interview questions are basic and customer service-focused. The interview was well thought out, allowing me to easily showcase my skills and also providing enough information to help me judge the role and if it's a good fit.
- How confident are you when a stranger or customer approaches you?
Team Member
The interviews were informal, focusing on your personality and how well you'd fit in, since they train you anyway and experience wasn't the main thing. They were really professional and started right on time. Each one lasted about 20-30 minutes. We talked about your availability and holidays, which helped me relax, and they explained the expected hours to make sure everything felt fair.
- Tell me about a situation where you were under pressure, how you handled it, and how you felt.
- How do you approach dealing with complaints and criticism?
- What do you think makes for excellent customer service?
