It was an open job interview where I walked in for a one-on-one meeting. It didn't take long, less than 30 minutes. They gave me a packet to fill out. I'll need to come back for the uniform once I get badged.

Behavioral Other

A recruiter contacted me about the job and asked some basic questions. They then scheduled me for an in-person interview at the airport. I confirmed the details, but when I got there, nobody showed up. I waited for over an hour and heard nothing back, not even to say the job was filled. It was a complete waste of my time and felt pretty bad as someone looking for a job. I tried to contact both the recruiter and manager to see if we could reschedule, thinking maybe there was a mistake, but I got no response. The silence was telling. For me, poor communication is a major warning sign and not something I look for in a workplace.
