I got ghosted by the recruiter after the face-to-face interviews. I followed up and they said they were still interviewing more people. It was a really poor and unprofessional experience.

Behavioral Presentation

I put in my application on the website and then had a phone chat with Bev from the head office. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview where I met with two store managers. Next, I had an interview with the multi-unit manager. They said I'd know the outcome the following day. It's now been a week and I still haven't heard back, so I'm guessing I didn't get the job. I sent a follow-up email but haven't heard anything back either. I think it's pretty unprofessional and rude that after three interviews, SSP can't even bother to tell me I was unsuccessful. You should be ashamed, SSP.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was pretty fast: 2 interviews and 1 case study. First interview with the manager (N+1) which lasted two hours, covering all sorts of questions (experience, behavior, presentation of the case study). Second interview with the N+2 which lasted 45 minutes (personal presentation, questions about career path and the company structure).
