It was a pretty smooth process, honestly. I started with a call from the recruiter, then I had an interview with a client partner. After that, I was in touch with the recruiter again until my start date. The actual interview part was quite short.

The whole process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. It included a drug test and about two days of training. The rest of it was easy and fun. I'm hoping to keep working here.

I first met two company representatives at the UTD Career Job Fair. About three months later, HR reached out for a phone interview, which was a standard interview with questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'your strengths'. Following that, I had a technical interview with a senior consultant, focusing on database and programming concepts. The next step was an invitation to a pizza party to meet the team and other candidates. It seemed like a good workplace with friendly people. I suspect none of the applicants were hired, possibly due to financial reasons, but it was a good experience overall.
