the whole process was good and cooperative. We talked about all my past experiences and some new stuff about how new technology is used. Everything was clear and there were no unnecessary questions.

The interview felt inappropriate and they asked detailed questions about my child care, which I'm not sure how it relates to my ability to do the job. The interviewer was condescending and quite rude. I've never felt so belittled and looked down upon. Micromanaging was evident. I couldn't wait to leave and I'll be telling everyone I know to not waste their time applying there. Shame on them. They should spend their managers on training how to interview professionally.

Behavioral Other

The interview process felt unorganized, with a manager making me wait nearly 20 minutes. I got the impression there's a lack of trust between management and employees, and they seemed to be looking for faults. The benefits offered are poor and excessively expensive. They also made a low offer, despite me stating my salary expectations upfront.

I talked to the recruiter, then the manager. It was pretty straightforward. Once my background check and drug screen were clear, they made me an offer. They wanted me to start right away, which was tough because I hadn't given notice to my current job. They were cool about my hours though, and let me come in late afternoon.
