First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SSATI.
Staffing Manager
This was the quickest interview process I've ever been through! They were really good about my time and acted very professionally. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I started. It felt like a close-knit, family kind of place.
- Can you share some of the approaches you've taken to bring in new people?
Recruiter
SSATI chatted with me to see if it would be a good match before bringing me in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview felt really comfortable, and I could picture myself working there.
- What are your goals?
- What are you looking for in your next company?
- What matters most to you?
Administrative Assistant
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then I had two phone calls where they told me about the job and the company. After that, I went in person to meet my manager, the recruiter, the CEO, and the CFO. It was a good chat, I got to know more about the company and its culture, and asked questions about the role. I got an offer and I'm happy with it!
- Can you describe the responsibilities you had in your prior role?
Systems Engineer
I had reached out to Chad Kosser and the team at SSATI about a year ago. I really liked their culture from the start after speaking with Chad and management. This is a company that really lives by its values regarding treating employees like family, and I knew right away that was a place I wanted to work. (If you talk to them, ask about how their CEO sends personalized birthday cards to your kids and their company events.) After talking about my career aspirations with Chad, he set up an interview for a position that was a fantastic opportunity. Throughout the entire process, Chad kept in touch and was always there to answer any questions I had, including about benefits. In short, I had some family matters that meant I couldn't take the job at that time, and even though I didn't join, Chad remained supportive. You don't find that with many companies these days. I'm hoping to join the SSATI family soon and continue contributing to their mission supporting our country.
