Started with a recruiter phone call, then had about 4 or 5 technical and behavioral interviews. It was a pretty standard process. After getting the offer, there were a few discussions to negotiate a higher salary.

Behavioral Coding System Design
First, a 30-minute recruiter call that went well, the recruiter was friendly and responsive. Then, a 1.5-hour interview with the hiring manager, which included some behavioral questions, a Leetcode-style problem, and an OOP design problem. This was followed by a challenging 6-hour final interview with four people. It involved 5-6 Leetcode problems (medium to hard), quick Java questions, and two OOP design questions. Breaks were minimal. The process felt long and possibly indicative of the company searching for a perfect candidate, leading to many interviews. Despite being told I'd hear back within a week after over 7 hours of interviews, I was ghosted when I followed up. My status still shows 'In Review', and I received no feedback or rejection, which is disappointing after such an intense process.

I talked to a recruiter at my university's career fair and they followed up with me for a phone interview about 4 weeks later. It wasn't too hard to schedule, but they did take a bit to respond between emails. The technical interview was about 3 weeks after that.
