First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SRW.
Software Developer
the first round is a resume shortlist, followed by a technical interview and an HR round. The technical round focuses on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), so be ready for questions about arrays and 2D arrays.
- Can you define what an array is?
- Could you provide some technical programming examples related to arrays?
Project Manager
So you have 4 total rounds. First with HR, then the Director of Project Management, then a colleague from your department and another from a different department, and finally the CEO and Chairman. Expect straightforward PM questions, an assessment assignment, and interpersonal questions. Just be yourself, they want to get to know you. Talk about your hobbies, life outside of work, and what you love. But still be professional. Definitely prepare for the PM scenarios and questions. Research their clients and read their case studies. The turnarounds are very quick, my 4 interviews were back to back within a week.
- Describe your project management approach.
- Could you give us an overview of your professional background?
- What interests you about this opportunity at SRW?
Social Media Community Manager
The interview process was really unprofessional. They scheduled a second interview that was canceled last minute with no explanation. I reached out to reschedule and immediately got a meeting invite for the next day. 15 minutes later it was canceled again with no explanation. When I followed up, the hiring staff said they didn't want to consider a remote worker for the position anymore.
- Can you tell me about a recent obstacle you faced and how you successfully navigated it?
Intern
First, I had a chat with HR. Then, I interviewed with two team members. Finally, I spoke with the team director. The virtual interviews were quite conversational, and I enjoyed learning more about the role from the employees and the director.
- What sparked your interest in applying to this company or for this specific role?
