A recruiter reached out after seeing my LinkedIn profile. We had an initial chat, then I spoke with HR. I had an interview scheduled, but they gave me the wrong day. I went anyway, and even though they weren't ready for me, they made time and interviewed me. I got the offer the same day.

HR reached out the day after I applied on Monster. Had a quick 15-min call to go over the role, then they invited me in. Met with two HR folks separately, then the director of sales/marketing. The questions were pretty easy, not super tough. Then, a 20-question Excel test. It was really basic, mostly about finding buttons and saving files on different systems, not about functions. They gave me 20 minutes with a laptop and internet, and offered more time if I needed it. No drug test or background check mentioned.

I met with four people: an HR rep, a rep from the Tech Support team, the Tech Support team manager, and the head of Tech Support. I had to go back twice on different days because of scheduling issues with two of the interviewers. It was a sign of how poorly the company is run, which is why I rated the experience negatively.

I had one phone interview, then a Skype interview. After that, I was invited to the office and spent the whole day interviewing with a lot of different people. They're really looking for a specific type of person; if you don't fit their mold, they'll let you go.
