For the skills test, you might do a technical or aptitude test. Based on how you do on the test, you'll be shortlisted for interviews. The HR interview is to check your soft skills, see if you fit with the company culture, and if you align with the company's values. Then there's a technical interview where they'll look at your domain knowledge, problem-solving skills, and technical abilities.

The interview process was a good experience overall. The people I met and the CEO were amazing. They asked me questions about my experience working with networking technology, development software, debugging, and security. Cyber security was also a topic. Everyone was friendly and supportive during the process.

First, there was a recruiter call about my qualifications and salary expectations. They asked me to review and sign a right to represent form. Before I could review it, I got several more calls pushing for the paperwork. I was submitted to the role without me signing the right to represent or my final approval. This recruiter was too pushy, which is not a good trait.

The interview process was good, and with over 8 years of experience in WebSphere SOA, ESB, and DataPower Technologies, I've worked through all SDLC phases. This includes requirements, application architecture, design, development, testing, and post-implementation support for EAI applications. I've worked with DataPower Appliances XI50 and XB62, and have experience with DataPower Appliance Firmware versions 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x. I developed XSL stylesheets using DataPower Variables, DataPower XSLT functions, XSLT functions, and XPath. I'm also experienced in developing Web Services using WSDL, SOAP, REST, and XML.
