Behavioral

I met with management, and we talked about my past experiences, how I could help the company, and other skills I have, like my forklift license and how much experience I have in the job setting.

Behavioral Other

First, there was an initial screening. Then, I went for an in-person plant tour where they asked me behavioral questions and about my experience. There wasn't a technical interview, it was just talking about what I've done before and how it relates to their work.

Group Other

I applied for the Rotational Engineering Leadership program. They had multiple group interviews and two one-on-one chats. About three weeks after they said I'd hear back, they called to tell me I didn't get the job. They said it was because I "lead too much," which is weird for a leadership role, and that they thought I wouldn't like manufacturing, even though I said multiple times I wanted to be in manufacturing. SRG Global doesn't hire diverse people and is falling behind because they won't hire women. It's a shame they're stuck in old ways instead of being modern and successful.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview with HR where we talked about my past experience and resume. Then, I was invited for a panel interview with five people. It was pretty relaxed, and we discussed my experience, strengths, and weaknesses, typical interview stuff. They then asked situational questions to see if I was a good fit for the role. It wasn't a difficult interview at all, and everyone was really nice and answered my questions. I didn't get the job because I lacked experience, but I'd like to work there in the future because they seem well-organized and forward-thinking.
