Sales Consultant
The interview experience was really bad and unprofessional. The EMEA leadership didn't seem to know the role or the kind of person they needed. I couldn't get any info about the process or what to prepare. Even though, I made it to the last stage, which was a video interview with the Australian leadership, but they didn't show up and didn't explain why. The EMEA leadership was also quiet about it. Someone else took over the interview, talked about their role and vision for 30 minutes, and then quickly asked me a few questions. I never heard back about next steps or feedback. After 3 months, the recruiter contacted me out of the blue, apologized for the lack of communication, and said the interviewer had left the company. They wanted to 'try again' and fast-track the process. So, I had another interview with leadership which they said went well. Then I was supposed to have a FINAL stage interview with the USA leadership, even though this is a UK-based role. I waited for 2 weeks, then followed up, and was told they'd copy in the president of sales to schedule it. I waited and followed up again, but never got an email or reply from leadership or anyone else for 3-4 weeks. I still haven't heard anything. It's incredibly unprofessional, a total mess, and just rude. This is not a serious company, and these are not serious people. Avoid them.

Service Experience Manager
I went through 2 interviews for this role. The first was with the hiring manager and lasted about an hour, which I felt went well. The second interview was with an engineer and the person who previously held the position, and it was shorter than expected, only 30 minutes. The day after, I got a call saying I didn't have the required skills. It felt like poor communication, especially since they had all my information and skills from the beginning and spent over an hour interviewing me. I'd advise others to skip this company if this is how they treat candidates.

Software Engineer
It was a smooth process, recruiter communication was clear and transparent. 1. Recruiter screening - Asked about job change, salary expectations, and other common questions. 2. Behavioral interview with Team Lead - Intro, current project, team, technologies, my role, challenges faced, and other behavioral questions. 3. Technical coding challenge - Received by email, needed completion within a week. For me, it was a full-stack coding challenge on pagination. Involved reading a big data file and displaying it dynamically on screen. 4. Technical interview - Questions about the coding challenge and other related technical topics.

- Regarding the technical challenge, why did you select Spring Boot, and in what scenarios would you opt against using it?

Site Reliability Engineer
It was a two-step process. The first step was a panel interview with SRE leads and a senior devops engineer. It was pretty conversational and relaxed, and they were open to answering questions. The second step was with the head of engineering, focusing more on cultural fit. He discussed the vision, roadmap, and yearly plans. The recruiter I was in touch with extended an offer, which was quite good, but I had to decline because of a slightly better offer elsewhere. Otherwise, I would have been keen to join and work with them. The work culture seemed flexible and positive overall.
- What are your thoughts on SRE practices?
