The interview process was lengthy, but good. I applied as an intern from the university I was attending. There are terrific opportunities available at Squire. Their benefits package is hard to beat, and the staff as friendly as you'll ever find. The interview process is rigorous, and they have you meet with many of the partners/managers as part of the interview. They are crystal clear with benefits package before an offer is even extended. One very impressive thing about Squire is that many who work there have stayed at the same place for the entirety of the career. That helped me because that means that they are competitive (salary, benefits, etc.) and an enjoyable place to work.
