I applied in September and am still waiting to hear back. A few weeks later, I talked to a recruiter who liked my resume and asked for a code sample. I gave him my GitHub link and then didn't hear anything for a month. I followed up via email at the end of October, and he replied a few days later saying some engineers were going to review my code that same day. It's now the end of February and I've heard absolutely nothing back. If this is how Squarespace operates, I'm happy I found a job elsewhere. Won't be applying again.

Soon after applying, a recruiter got in touch and gave me a supervised machine learning assignment. It had over 10 features and two classes to predict. They said to finish it within 2 hours, but I struggled with feature engineering, and the dataset was too small to use the existing features directly.
