The interview process involves two interviews happening one after the other, each lasting about 45 minutes to an hour. The first interview includes general questions about you, some behavioral questions asking for specific examples, and also some technical questions. The second interview is pretty similar, but they also talk about the company's culture and other aspects with you.

I had two interviews, each about 45 minutes long, with Squarespace Team Leads over Google Meet. They sent a really helpful email beforehand to easily submit my availability. During the interviews, I got to explain my interest in Squarespace and this specific role. I also answered questions about different customer support scenarios and got some good feedback afterwards. After the second chat, they gave me a timeline for hearing back, and I actually got the job offer the very next day!

I applied online and got invited to an online video interview two weeks later. It was actually 5 automated questions where I had 30 seconds to prep before recording. Each question had a different time limit to answer, around 1-1.5 minutes on average. 4 were standard interview questions and 1 was random. No real person involved. After not hearing back for 3 weeks, I followed up and was told they needed more time, but I'd hear back the next week. Then they emailed again saying they needed even more time. About 2.5 weeks after that, they emailed to say the position was filled.
