Copywriter
The process was really well-organized and informative. It started with a 30-minute recruiter call. Then, a 45-minute video meeting with the department head. After that, a 2.5-hour video session with the recruiter and four other employees. They then asked for references, and once those were in, they made an offer. The whole thing took about three weeks from start to finish. The recruiter was great at keeping me updated and explaining everything, so I always knew what was coming next and never had to wonder if they'd gone silent.

It was a series of interviews that ended in a "super-day" format with back-to-back interviews with the team. For my role, we talked about my portfolio and how I would fit into the team. The recruiter was there the whole time, making sure I knew the next steps and about how long they would take.
