They asked a fair number of generic questions. The oddest question was “do you consider yourself a competitive person?” I wasn’t sure if this was good or bad. It turns out they want you to be competitive.

Applied on their site. Got a written test asking me to use their support guides to find answers and a typing speed test. Then they called me into the office to meet two team leads separately, each for about 30 minutes. Then I was called back to the office for the last interview with the Customer Operations manager, which was only 20 minutes.

I found the job posting online and they reached out quickly. The first step was an online test and then I had to record a short video answering three random questions. After that, I had a 1:1 interview with the manager where they asked a mix of general and technical questions to see how I'd handle different types of queries. I got the job because I'm a native Portuguese speaker and had prior experience in linguistic roles, as they were looking for people fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian with good English. It's interesting because even though I've been here over a year, I haven't used my other languages for work, only English, which wasn't what I applied for. Apparently, the company has a history of hiring foreigners with good English and then delaying the actual use of foreign language support.
