It was a 3 hour long interview with 3 different teams. I didn't get a lunch break but everyone was friendly. I didn't have to do a presentation, just meet and talk. The process was quick and I got an offer fast.

I interviewed with spurwink directors and the school principal. There were two interviews before I got the offer. They asked a lot of questions about my experience and the different types of client experiences I've had. They also required vignettes and a writing sample. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview process.

First a skype interview if you live far away then an in person interview if possible. Honestly if you present as a semi responsible person you have a good chance of getting the job because the turnover rate for TFP's is horrible and the program bleeds money when these positions are open because they have to pay RYFS' tons of overtime and sleep hours to cover.
