It was a really tough, multi-stage interview with leaders from operations, finance, and IT. It took a while with different people, and it felt a bit shaky because I had to connect with so many. But it was super thorough, including psychometric tests and other stuff.

Technical Presentation

It was a basic panel interview. I talked to 4 different people, one after the other. The interviewers were the Quality Director, manufacturing director, quality manager, and others. They asked me about process control, GD&T, and common inspection tools. They wanted to see if I could read calipers and mics and tested my GD&T knowledge by showing me a drawing and asking me to interpret it.

Behavioral Other

The interview was super quick. Two people talked to me and asked some usual interview questions. They initially said I'd get an offer in two days, but then they switched it up, saying I needed to do a 5-hour assessment first. It felt really unprofessional and like they were just giving false hope. After all that, they ghosted me and never replied to my emails for an update. It was a big waste of my time and honestly showed me what kind of company this is.
