They said it would be a 5-step interview process. I had an initial HR phone screening and then an interview with the hiring stakeholders. The questions they asked didn't really match the job description. Also, the salary they offered was pretty low for a hybrid role compared to similar jobs.

Had two interviews for this role. They asked pretty basic questions about my experience and what interests me. It was pretty casual, but juggling it with other companies made things a bit messy. The interviews were on Google Meet. The first one was just me and one interviewer, and the second one had three people.

Presentation Behavioral

It was an average interview experience with 4 rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager, the second with the team, the third involved a presentation, and the fourth was with more managers. I felt the number of rounds was excessive, and the vibe was very corporate.

Behavioral Presentation

I already had a Teams interview with the HR person beforehand. Afterwards, on-site, I had an appointment with the Head of Finance, a Finance employee, and the HR person. I was introduced to the company, all departments, and goals. Then I was supposed to talk briefly about myself, my CV, and ambitions, and I got the opportunity to ask questions.

  • What did you learn at each of your previous roles?
  • What motivates your interest in this specific position?
