First, you submit your resume and application. Then, there's an initial screening, which could be an AI video interview or a written test to check your communication, problem-solving, and tech skills. If you pass that, you'll have more interviews with HR or project managers. They'll ask about your school stuff, what you did in past projects, the hard parts, and how you solved them. They want to see if you're good technically, but also if you have the right attitude, can adapt, and are keen to learn. They pick people based on how they do overall, and then send out offers and info on starting.

So, first you usually have a quick chat, could be a call or video, to see if you're a good fit. Then, if that goes well, you might have some technical interviews where they ask you stuff or give you tasks. Sometimes they send you a test to do. Lastly, there's usually a final chat with HR or a manager about how you work with others and what you expect money-wise. After all that, they decide and if you get the job, they'll send an offer.

The process had 5 stages. Initially, an online aptitude test was conducted on the DoSelect platform. Clearing that led to an online programming test with 3 coding questions and 2 SQL questions. Following this, there were two technical interviews, and finally, an HR interview. My journey ended at the second technical round.
