First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Springstone.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
I applied through Indeed and got an email about a week later to schedule a phone screen. After that call, they said the hiring manager would email me with dates for the second interview that same day. However, I never got an email or any response to my follow-up until two months later when I got a generic rejection email stating they had hired another candidate.

Mental Health Professional
The interview process included a tour of the new facilities. The hiring manager mentioned they would make a decision this week, but there was no follow-up call regarding the outcome. A courtesy call, even without a job offer, shows respect and positively influences how candidates perceive the organization within their professional network.
- Can you describe your professional work experience?
Activity Therapist
I applied online and then got a call from the Clinical Director to set up an interview. The interview itself was virtual and I spoke with the Clinical Director and the Activity Therapy Team. The Clinical Director asked a set of questions, and the team then asked some follow-up questions. They offered me the job the day after the interview.
