The interview process started with a Zoom call for the first round. Then, there was a second interview that took place in person, specifically in the hotel's lobby or breakfast area. It felt a little strange because anyone could have just walked by or overheard the conversation.

My second round interview was scheduled for 1 pm. I had a first round that went well. About 30 minutes before it was supposed to start, I got an email from the interviewer saying he had a meeting and demanding I reschedule for 1:30 pm. I agreed and showed up a bit early. While I was waiting, the interviewer came back from what looked like lunch with coworkers. The interview start time passed, and I kept waiting. Someone told him I was there, but he didn't seem to pay attention. He then came over and said he was printing my resume and it would be five more minutes. By the time I got to his office to begin the interview, it was 1:45 pm. I told him I had to leave at 2 pm and needed to leave a little early. He then asked if I had another interview somewhere else. After an awkward silence while he read my resume, he asked if he should call me by my first or last name. His interviewing was terrible and he seemed disorganized, apathetic, and lacked time management skills. I left the interview. What a waste of time!

I talked to the front office manager directly. They asked me about my availability, personality, and future aspirations. We also discussed how I'd fit into the company and the skills I possess that would make me a good candidate.

They said they would call and seemed interested in my application, asking about my start date. However, they never actually called. After two weeks, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my interview, but it was weird because it didn't even have the hotel or company name or address on it.
