I applied online. The recruiter emailed me. 1- First, I had a Skype call with the recruiter to talk about my past experiences and current job, and they asked about my salary expectations. Then, I got a take-home project to finish in a week. 2- The take-home project involved writing commands to create shapes like a canvas, rectangle, and line in the command line. I finished it and let the recruiter know, but they had left the company. I emailed others at the company but heard nothing for over a week. Finally, a technical manager emailed me, saying they wanted to proceed. 3- Next, there was a remote pair programming session with a team lead and a senior developer. We reviewed my take-home project implementation and asked me to add a new feature. They also asked some technical questions. 4- The manager emailed asking for my salary expectations again to make a decision, which I provided as before. 5- Then, they went silent for over two weeks, not replying to emails. 6- A new recruiter contacted me by email, inviting me for another interview with the team lead and manager. This was a Google Hangouts interview where they asked technical questions, and I asked about their work environment. 7- I had a final interview with another recruiter. She said it was informal and she just wanted to understand my experience with their hiring process. She asked for my salary expectations a third time. I asked for office photos since the whole process was online. 8- A week later, the recruiter emailed to say they decided not to hire me, without any explanation, just a simple email. I asked for the main reason, given the many sessions and over two-month process, believing a reason should be provided after all stages. 9- She emailed back saying the reason was my salary expectations, which is hard to believe since they asked three times from the start.

So, I first sent my CV to the recruiter, and then they sent me a coding test that I had to finish within a week. The instructions were pretty clear, and they told me what they were looking for, like tests and good commit messages. Then, for the onsite, it was a pair programming thing with two engineers. We first talked about my submission and they asked questions to see if I understood the concepts I used. After that, we worked on developing new features together. The second interview was with two other engineers and was more about general culture and fit, with a lot of broad questions.

it was good and very streamlined process. the process starts with an online written test, consisting of aptitude and computer fundamentals along with programming questions. Next is a technical interview, managerial interview and finally the HR interview. all the interviews are very streamlined and overall a smooth process. Tests your basic skills.
