I see openings for the IVF nurse coordinator role all the time. I’ve applied several times to this job, interviewed and was rejected. The interviews were behavior questions and there were a total of 4, 3 of which were back to back. For the most part, the interviewers were ok, but there was one that didn’t really seem that interested during my entire interview. The communication throughout the whole process was…interesting and could be pretty tone deaf at times. At this point I’m honestly wondering how likely they are to actually hire anyone for this role.

I never got to interview for the Patient Navigator position. I was all set for a phone screening, and then literally one minute before our scheduled time, I got an email saying they had moved on with someone else. This happened after I had already given them my availability for two weeks, and they were the ones who scheduled the screening, and I even got a reminder for the appointment on the same day. It would have been nice to have some respect and professionalism and get notified sooner. I had to pay for childcare for my son so I could be available and present for this.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved three interviews: the first was a phone call, the second was a Zoom meeting, and the third was an in-person shadow interview with another Medical Assistant. The process moved along well over a few weeks. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The first and third interviews had similar questions, while the second one was more in-depth.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process at Spring Fertility involves a 30-minute pre-screen phone call followed by multiple virtual interviews on Teams, totaling 4 interviews. Initially, a talent acquisition specialist will review your resume and inquire about your work history and skills. If selected, you'll proceed to three more interviews with previous patient coordinators, the hiring manager, and the call center supervisor. These interviews are scheduled back-to-back on the same day and typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours. The interviews focus on behavioral questions, so be ready to share past experiences and examples. Despite the lengthy process, the interviewers were friendly. Remember to prepare your own questions to assess if the role is a good fit.
