You'll face a panel of about 3 to 6 people who will take turns asking you questions. Make sure to dress professionally. They'll be taking notes while you talk. Expect a lot of questions about different situations and how you'd help students overcome learning challenges. Also, be ready to ask the panel some questions yourself.

The interview process was straightforward, involving a few brief phone calls. After these initial conversations, I was asked if I was still interested in the position. Once confirmed, the process moved forward from there.

First, there was a district-led meet and greet where I spoke with admin and they asked some informal questions. Then, I was invited back for another interview, this time face-to-face with the entire science department and admin.
- Could you describe a typical lesson cycle?
- How do you approach motivating students who seem unwilling to participate?
