Project Manager
It was a simple and standard process. First, an interview with the area manager, then an interview with the client, and finally, an offer. The interview was an informal chat, aimed at assessing behavioral and technical aspects for the role.
- What was your relationship like when you worked with client XPTO?
Senior Project Manager
The interview typically happens in 3 stages. First, HR gives an overview of the profile and skills to the delivery manager. Then, there's an interview with the client (who hired for the project). The client wants to know about your experiences and results: identifying technical skills, project size, project duration, how you handled risks and issues.
- Tell me about yourself
- Why should we hire you?
- How would you describe your working style?
Project Manager
It was pretty smooth and fast, everything was online. Only the admission exam and opening the account required me to go in person. I received everything at home. The whole process took about a week.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
