The communication was bad: multiple delays without updates, even though they promised to get back by certain dates. No respect for applicant time: 6+ weeks waiting for a rejection after the final round – no proactive info. Decisions were not transparent: feedback was vague ("other candidates were a bit more convincing") without specific suggestions for improvement.

We started with a brief self-introduction. Then, I was asked about my HR experience, specifically concerning recruitment and employee development. There was also a case study focused on problem-solving in HR management. The conversation was structured but friendly and went on for about 45 minutes.

So, the interview involved the interviewer asking me some questions about my past experiences and how I'd react in some made-up situations. For example, they asked what I would do if I was given a deadline to hire a certain number of developers. The questions were meant to see how I'd deal with trying to do something seemingly impossible and my overall strategy. They asked a bunch of follow-up questions to really get into my thinking after the first one.

The dedication to external activities and the apparent disregard for internal communication truly speak volumes about your company's priorities. It's reassuring to know that while candidates eagerly await any sort of response, the company is busy donning superhero capes for photo ops instead of tending to the fundamental needs of those seeking employment. In conclusion, I extend my sincere appreciation for the one-of-a-kind experience your application process has offered. The combination of captivating external activities and an unwavering commitment to silence and neglect is truly unparalleled. I can only hope that this unique blend of priorities will continue to shine brightly, attracting more unsuspecting candidates to revel in the thrill of unanswered emails and unfulfilled expectations. Thank you for providing me with an experience I will never forget, and one that will serve as a cautionary tale for future job seekers.
