So I started with a recruiter call, then had a quick phone interview with the VP of Engineering. After that, I had a longer technical phone interview with a developer. These phone interviews took about a week or two. Sometime in there, I did an online coding test. After the last phone interview, I went in for an on-site. They showed me around the office and I met with a bunch of different engineers and developers for in-person interviews. They asked me a lot of technical questions and had me use the whiteboard to write pseudocode and map out solutions. Most of the questions were about data structures and algorithms, and general programming knowledge. It was a pretty comprehensive process.

It started with a friendly HR call at their local office, mostly checking personality fit. Then, there was a Codility exam, which is where I unfortunately didn't do well. I didn't finish the last question, and I think companies should review the submitted code and maybe still interview candidates. My suggestion to the company is to use online tests just as a reference, not as a sole filter, unless they have a massive number of applicants.

- Codility exam - a modified version of the demo question, with 25% of the score seemingly for performance (large integers and arrays), which is tricky with JavaScript's loose typing.
- Debug some code as part of the Codility exam.
- Codility question regarding string comparison, where I only scored 37% because I only completed 3 out of 5 possible match types.

I had a phone chat with someone really friendly, mostly about me. After that, I did a coding test on Codity with a couple of easy list exercises, and I could pick my language. Then, I had a technical interview over Google Hangout with an engineer where we discussed my past projects. The whole experience was great, and I'd suggest it, but it was a bit slow, and I took another job before finishing up.
