I applied online in July and then heard nothing for months, I thought I was rejected. In November, they contacted me to complete an assessment before any in-person conversation. I had trouble accessing the program, but once I did, I spent several hours completing the assessment, following the unclear instructions. I emailed them expressing my interest in next steps. A month later, I haven't received a response and don't expect to. Overall, it was a frustrating and unproductive experience.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and then got invited for an initial interview. It was a bit rushed and they hardly asked me anything about my background. After about a month, they sent me an assessment that took 3 hours to complete. Two weeks after that, I was told I didn't include a document in my assessment, which is why I wouldn't proceed. I checked, and the document was there, so their reason didn't really make sense. It felt very sudden and unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process had a screening stage, followed by a behavioral assessment, a product assessment, and then a couple of interviews, finishing with an executive level interview. They were pretty quick to respond and kept in touch throughout. The initial screening and interviews were actually pretty good for understanding the role. However, the exec interview felt more like an interrogation than a chat, and the whole thing had a weird vibe. Combined with the behavioral assessment, this made the process just okay. What really soured it was the lack of any feedback after the rejection, especially after going through so many rounds. I had a feeling I wouldn't get the offer after the exec interview, so I didn't bother to pull my application.

So I applied online, and then they sent me some questions to answer via email. After that, the hiring manager and I exchanged a few emails, and then I got an invite for an in-person interview. That first in-person was pretty chill, more like a chat than an interrogation, you know? Just regular interview stuff. Then I had a phone call with a big-shot exec, he hit me with the big picture questions like "What gets you going?" and "How are you a leader?". My second in-person interview was with a senior project manager who really dug into the role-specific stuff. All in all, it went fast and the people were really cool and easy to vibe with.
