I went through a bunch of interviews for this internship. First, there was a quick video call with HR where we talked about the basics and if I was a good fit. Then, I had another chat with HR to go over my background and what I want to do. After that, I talked to a User Researcher who checked out my skills in user research. The last interview was with three hiring managers, and it was all about a user experience research exercise where I had to show how I'd tackle a research problem.

Got an automated message to schedule the interview with the supervisor. They asked situational questions, like how I'd design a study for Spotify. I focused on data analysis, but they said I wasn't a good fit, which wasn't in the job posting. I wasn't accepted and they told me not to contact Spotify or the interviewer for learning. PROS: Interviewer shared their career path. CONS: Interviewer seemed rushed and only gave me 10 minutes to introduce myself, which made me uncomfortable from the start.
