It was disorganized and unprofessional. I get that it was a contract position and maybe not a standard interview, but it was super frustrating. The external recruiter first talked to me about my experience, and then he heard I didn't make the cut (we both thought it was weird given my skills matched the job well). But then they changed their minds and moved me forward. After that, I had to do a mock presentation, which took about 8 hours of my time, and then present it to the hiring team on Teams. Not only was the presentation a lot of work, but they didn't even look at it before the final meeting. It was also awkward on the call because one person had to turn off her camera and couldn't answer questions because her kids were yelling in the background. The questions they asked were all the same and were directly answered in the 'review questions' in the presentation I sent. They also seemed confused about the main goal of the presentation and the facts in it (make Spotify look good and increase ad revenue), because they asked what I would do if the campaign failed, even though I had convinced them it was a success. After the whole thing and the rejection, I asked for feedback, but never got any.

30min video call with recruiter to briefly understand the job role and salary expectations, 45min vc with hiring manager , 30min vc with potential future team mate, 30min vc with department director, 30min vc with head of hr. Interviewers were friendly and spoke highly of the working culture. Recruiting coordinator helped to arrange the meetings quickly and efficiently with goodtime. Recruiter kept me updated once a week throughout the process and informed me of all the next steps. Offer was made the next day after the final interview and all admin matters were settled within the day.

Applied online and got a response within a week, which was great. The first interview went well and there was a clear plan to set up an interview with the manager. The day I was supposed to hear back, there was no contact, so I followed up to confirm I was still being considered. I found out I was still being considered and that the manager's schedule had become too busy, so a new time was set up to schedule a meeting. Again, the day went by with no contact, so I assumed I was out, but I only found out 3 weeks later that they had moved on with someone else. I respect the decision, but it's odd to start the interview process, be told you're moving forward, and then find out you're not much later.
