Billing Specialist
So I had like five different interviews over four weeks with five different people. I was basically told by the third interview that I would get an offer by the end of the process, and then I had my last interview with the CEO. He told me that they had filled the position a week prior and that they were still interviewing candidates for future reference. This was not what I was told in the previous interviews. They said they would reach back out in a couple of months, but they never did. It felt like a waste of my time, and they didn't seem to care. Either they have bad communication or they were just collecting applicants.

Business Operations Manager
The hiring journey began with a recruiter phone call, then I had Zoom interviews with the Head of HR and a manager. I was hoping to interview with the COO but didn't make it to that final stage. Overall, it was a great interview experience, maybe the best I've had. The recruiter was super communicative throughout and even gave me feedback after I didn't get the job.

Customer Care
The process involved 3 interviews for the job, all done virtually. One was a phone call, and the other two were via Zoom. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. You should research the company before your interview and think of some questions to ask the interviewer.

Project Manager
So, I had this initial phone interview, then three more zoom interviews with different directors and the COO. They were super communicative and open during the whole thing. But after the last interview, they just ghosted me. I even emailed them to follow up, but nope, nothing. I get they might've found someone else, but it was kinda weird and unprofessional to just go silent after so many interviews and chats.
- Can you describe your ideal project?
