It was a two-stage interview process. First, I met with the hiring team for about 45 minutes. There were two interviewers, and they asked me about the QA process and my strengths and weaknesses. Then, I had another interview with the QA team.

I had 4 interviews for this role, and they were all really positive experiences. It started with a phone call, then I had a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I spoke with an executive, who was incredibly friendly. The final step was a panel interview with senior leaders from different departments.

The process began with a phone interview. After that, there were emails exchanged to arrange an in-person meeting. This face-to-face interview included a lunch with other team members, which I assume was to check cultural fit. I got the impression they were downplaying the role, maybe they already had someone else in mind and my interview was just a formality.

The interview process was alright. It included three interviews: one phone call and two face-to-face meetings. The interview process itself was engaging. However, the onboarding experience was really bad! My hiring manager didn't do much to explain the company culture, and I learned a lot through difficult experiences.
