First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SponsorUnited.
Sponsorship Scout
The interview was pretty simple, not deep questions, more of a big group thing than a one-on-one. It wasn't hard at all, just a general chat, not really testing skills or problem-solving.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What makes you interested in SponsorUnited?
Sponsorship Scout
I had a group interview with one other candidate. I got to pick who would interview me and schedule it myself. It was a fairly normal interview process and the questions were standard for any job. It took them 2 1/2 months to get back to me after the second round. I thought they had moved on, but I got a call in early July for an internship that would run from July to December.
- Can you share any general past experiences that would be relevant to this role?
Sponsorship Scout
It was a two stage process. First was a Zoom group interview, after the typical overview of what the role we were interviewing for would entail, with about 3 questions. Then the second part was an overview of how the pro tool works and a series of pre-recorded questions to answer by recording response videos within a tight window of time.
- Tell me about a time you had to push through a project setback.
Marketing Program Lead
The first part of the interview process was great. All the people I talked to were positive, knew their stuff, and were really enthusiastic about the company, making it fun to chat. I was really into the job. So it was a bummer when it ended the way it did. After what I thought were good interviews, they just stopped responding. It was a weird and not-so-great way to finish what seemed like a good start, especially since the company usually gets good reviews.
