It was a conversational interview where they asked about my background, my understanding of the position, and my post-graduation plans. The recruiter wanted to ensure I understood the role well. It felt very relaxed. The interviewer said there would be a second interview but then ghosted me.

I was contacted by a Talent Sourcer on Linkedin about the Sales Engineer position. We arranged a phone call, and it was a 30-minute discussion covering my current job, what makes me want to move, why I'm looking to leave, and my salary expectations. I also had the chance to ask some questions about the role, and they were answered well. It was a really nice chat. A week later, I got an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates.

So I had 4 interviews, each about 45 mins. They asked about my background and some behavioral stuff, not too technical. They wanted to know about my courses. The interviewers were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and my understanding of the role and how it operates.
