Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process began with an initial HR phone screen covering basic role details, assessing fit, and discussing salary expectations. Next, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, which involved questions about my background and some hypothetical situations. The final stage was a role-play exercise, which unfortunately didn't go well and seemed to indicate a lack of engagement from their side.

The interview process was smooth. I got through the initial screening and then had an online interview with the Business Development Manager. It was a good chat, but unfortunately, I didn't move on to the next stage because they decided to go with someone who had more experience.

I applied through the company's website and then got contacted by a recruiter. After that, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, who was nice and moved me on to a call with a manager and a peer. The peer was great, but the manager seemed rushed or like they had other priorities. It was an okay experience overall, though I felt a bit hurried.
