The interview process felt stiff and was interrupted several times. They showed no interest in my answers or in hiring. It was like a casual chat at a wedding. I don't have much more to say. Here are some more words. Here are a couple more.

I had a polite reception and intro, but then I was made to wait for a really long time. When the interview finally started, they asked about my desired salary, but the interviewer just left the room before I could answer. They came back, but the interview didn't restart properly. They ended up offering a trial position that was lower than the one I applied for, without any explanation.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 step interview process: first a call with HR, then a call with the Manager, and then a call with the President. They then called with an offer. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional. They took the time to understand my background. They also gave helpful feedback on my performance.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was really drawn out and took a long time. I met with about 5 to 6 different people over the course of two weeks. After that, I had to meet with the two CEOs, which was a terrible experience. One CEO acted like a typical aggressive salesman, constantly asking questions with an underlying insecurity, trying to be overly friendly. The other CEO just sat there silently, avoiding eye contact, and didn't ask any questions, almost like a spy trying to get my ideas without giving anything away.
