I applied through a university posting. There were a total of four interviews, all conducted by the team I would be joining and the manager. The first interview was half an hour, and they said they'd get back in a few days. After 3-4 days, I was scheduled for three more interviews. The next three were all on the same day and lasted for 2 hours. They were all technical, and in the first interview, we also talked about the work I'd be doing during the internship. The whole thing took about 15 days.

I applied online and then received a call for a phone interview. They asked me basic questions about my OPT status, my availability to start, and also some technical questions about C programming like recursive functions and memory operations. It was a bit surprising because the job description mentioned CDMA/GSM protocols, which I had prepared for, but they didn't ask anything about it. Instead, they focused on filters and modulation concepts like 16 QAM vs qpsk.
