We'll start with a quick 15-minute intro call. Then, we'll have a brief 5-minute intro, followed by a 15-minute screen-sharing session where you'll complete a test task. So the interview process had 2 interviews and 3 technical tests, with one test during the first interview, another test, and a final test during the last interview. They didn't ask any design or background questions, mostly just focused on how I interact with Figma. The team seemed great, but I turned down the offer because while I stated my salary expectations upfront in the first interview, they came back with a lower offer.
