Applied online and then had a pretty long phone interview. After that, I was asked to do a project. After completing the project, I never heard back. Very unprofessional process and a total lack of communication. After putting time in doing a project, you would think the company would have the decency to let you know if you were moving on in the process. Apparently not. Proceed with caution and lower your expectations when you interview with these folks. They are amateurs.

The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. After I showed interest, they quickly sent details about the job and company, and asked some basic questions about my experience. I had an on-site interview the next day. The office seemed like a very chill place to work with nice people. The interview process felt laid-back, but it was also informative and moved fast. The whole thing was wrapped up in under a week, from the first email to getting the offer.

First, there's a quick 15-minute pre-screen call with a recruiter to go over your background and some general stuff before they schedule the onsite interview. The onsite interview is a bit more formal, and they'll schedule you with multiple people at once, which is a good way to understand the company's structure and office vibe.

After you submit your application, the recruiting team will reach out and schedule an in-person interview soon after. It's a bit long, but they want to get a good sense of you and ensure you know your stuff. I spoke with several people who asked me about my experience and goals. The recruiter was really nice and made sure I was comfortable, gave me breaks, and even walked me between buildings. He also answered all my questions about the company and was flexible with my schedule. Everyone on the team seemed accessible, friendly, and professional. They validate parking, so no worries about parking on Sunset Blvd.
