First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spin Systems.
Software Engineer
First, I had a screening call with HR, then a phone interview with the CTO. The CTO wanted me to come onsite ASAP so they could give me an offer. The onsite included a technical discussion with a VP and a meeting with the CTO. They said I'd get an offer by the end of the day, but then nothing. Super weird.
- Can you tell me about the integration projects you worked on previously?
Project Analyst
The interview process was super easy. First, I applied online. Then, I had a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with my potential manager and another person who was doing the same job. The whole thing, including the offer, happened in about a week to a week and a half. It was all very relaxed and simple!
- Can you describe your organizational methods or how you keep things organized?
Systems Engineer
They asked about my past work experience and how I handled things. There was also a personality test and a general IQ test.
- Can you walk me through the process flow and discuss the challenges you encountered?
Proposal Writer Manager
The interview experience was welcoming, succinct, and transparent. The recruiter was really helpful and gave a good first impression of the company. The decision-making process moved pretty quickly. The project-related interview was a bit intense, but it felt fair.
- Can you describe some scenarios related to the job?
- What were some of your previous job highlights?
