The recruiter ghosted me after an interview that went really well, the vibe was good. HR stopped responding after I followed up multiple times. I definitely don't recommend this place.

The interviewer seemed rushed and nonchalant, and the interview went quickly with little discussion. It felt more like a questionnaire with pre-formatted questions. I sensed they weren't really interested in my application and were just going through the motions. When I tried to get feedback a few days later, I found out that person no longer worked there.

The interview at Spie happened in two stages. First, there was a phone call with the temp agency, and then a face-to-face meeting with the direct manager. The whole process was clear. Two weeks later, I got feedback and a request for all the documentation to be sent directly to the company. The office and colleagues were introduced. Nothing else to report for now.

The interview was a very pleasant and professional experience for me. I was received punctually and guided through the process by an employee. The conversation took place in a quiet and well-prepared environment. My interview partners were friendly and showed genuine interest in my previous experiences and qualifications. The questions were asked clearly and structured, and there was enough time to clarify my own questions as well. Overall, I experienced the interview in a positive atmosphere and gained a good impression of the company culture.
