Intern
The interview happened over the phone. It started with introductions and then got right into questions, some technical and some not. It was a good experience overall and I enjoyed it. The interviewer was nice and interesting and answered all my questions at the end.

Accounting Intern
I interviewed for an accounting internship in 2022. It didn't work out because I wanted to stay in university and the location was tough, but overall it was a good experience.
- Tell me about your experience with VITA.
Auditor
I had an on-campus interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Two interviewers were present, one focused on audit and the other on tax. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed, and it was primarily a behavioral interview where we mostly chatted.
- Can you tell me more about the details on your resume?
Accountant
The on-campus interview was pretty standard. The on-site interview went alright until I met with one manager. During our conversation, someone came to the door, and I turned to see who it was. The manager then snapped his fingers right in front of my face. It was super unprofessional.
