I applied online through a recruitment agency. After applying, the agency gave me a letter of endorsement. Then there was an initial interview, followed by an assessment (which included online, written, and listening components). After passing the final assessment for an international account, I received a letter stating I had passed and they would contact me to schedule training and any additional assessments the employer might require. The offer was a bit lower than I anticipated, but as a starter, I accepted it and am now waiting for their call to schedule the training. I haven't received a Job Offer (JO) yet.

The hiring process starts with a call from the Talents Acquisition Department. If that goes well, you'll take a skill exam where you listen to a phone recording. If you get an average score or better, you'll be invited for a final interview with the Account Manager and Supervisors. During this final interview, they'll ask about your work experience, education, and what you can bring to the company. If you pass the final interview, you'll go to the HR department to submit required documents like birth certificate, transcript, NBI clearance, SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth numbers, TIN, and recent colored ID pictures. HR will then tell you to come back for a 1-day work orientation. After that, you'll sign a contract and undergo a 1-month paid training. Once training is complete, you'll start working as a CRM, handling client calls and providing service.

Super quick process, but they offered a low rate. They actually do hire in one day because just hours after I applied online, a representative called me. It was a standard phone interview where I had to answer questions about my work history, my skills, when I'm available, and how much I expected to make. Just a few minutes after that first chat, they called me again to tell me the highest pay they could offer. It was still super low, even though the job description made the duties sound pretty complicated. I'm not sure if it was a real offer, but they asked if I would still continue with the application even if the pay was way less than what I wanted. I said no.

First, you fill up an application form and submit it along with your CV. Then there's an initial interview. If you pass the initial interview, you'll be asked to come back later for the final interview (in my case, it was around 11pm). They'll contact you within 2 days if you pass. After that, there's an orientation and contract signing. Following that, there's a 5-day training. If you pass the training, you can join the ramp.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Simple questions about your resume for the initial interview.
  • Ability tests where the interviewer says numbers, phrases, and sentences, and you repeat them back.
  • Memorize as many of the details as possible.
