Designer
It was straightforward with excellent follow-up and communication. They asked good questions and were friendly. I hope to get another chance to interview with them in the future! They're very quick to respond, so you never feel left in the dark.

Assistente De SAC
I was interviewed by the head of the Marketing department and the head of the SAC department via video. The interview started with questions about my experience in the area, which companies I've worked for, and why I left. Afterward, they only asked me personal questions. They told me that regardless of the outcome, I would receive feedback on whether I was approved or not. However, if I hadn't contacted the HR employee who invited me via WhatsApp for the interview, I would have died without knowing if I had passed or not! lol...laughing to keep from crying, such a lack of respect!

Design Assistant
I went to the interview and met with HR first, but then had to wait an hour past the scheduled time in a conference room. HR said the director was in a meeting with the president, which made a bad first impression. I eventually met with the hard goods design director who was friendly and reviewed my portfolio. We talked about the job duties and my experience with the software they use. They seemed interested in hiring me because I fit the skill set for the temp role. I wish they would consider military veterans more, especially if we're qualified. If the starting salary is too high, I'm open to negotiation. Based on this experience, it doesn't seem like a veteran-friendly company, and I wouldn't want another interview.

Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager
I put in my application online and then about a month after that, an HR Manager from the main company's corporate office reached out to me. The phone screen went pretty well and then I was invited to meet with the Director of HR in person at their HQ. The interview was very pleasant and the questions weren't too difficult. They told me they were just starting the process and would keep me updated. That definitely didn't happen. I ended up following up with both the HR Manager and the Director four times over two months. I got one response saying I was still being considered and another saying there was no feedback. I'm not upset about not getting the job, but I am really disappointed with the whole candidate experience. It took four emails from me and two months to find out I didn't get the role, and they didn't offer any feedback or reasons why. I was persistent throughout the process, but it was a bad experience overall. I hope whoever got the job can learn from this example of what not to do.
