First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Speech Source Therapy Inc.
Speech Language Pathologist
The interview was pretty simple, they asked me a few questions about myself, and then they showed me around the office. They also introduced me to some other speech therapists, occupational therapists, and admin staff.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience and your comfort level with conducting evaluations?
- Tell me about your experience and if you would be comfortable doing evaluations.
SLPA
I had a video call with the owner and it was pleasant. They mostly asked about my experience. Home health is not really for me so I decided to go back to school settings. If you like home health though, this job might be good for you.
- Can you describe your experience working with early intervention?
Occupational Therapist
I had an interview at the clinic with HR. It was a quick 20-minute session covering basic interview questions. About a week later, I got a call to discuss employment details, and I started working there within the same month.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to interview with our company?
Administrative
The interview was fun and I did not feel intimidated at all. The HR seemed pleasant and had a friendly approach unlike the usual interviews that seem to be so awkward. I felt a team effort in place and felt very comfortable when answering questions.
- Can you describe your previous job responsibilities?
