Process Specialist
The interview process spanned about 2-3 weeks, which felt pretty standard. It kicked off with Brooke, a sort of intro chat to see if I was a good fit for the role. Then, I spoke with Natalie, who was really focused on matching my background to the open positions. After that, I had to take a placement exam that took around 90 minutes. The next step involved two interviews with Brandon and Christy. They really dug into my personality, how I'd tackle different situations, my career aspirations, and my reasons for looking for a new job. Everyone I interacted with was super professional, nice, and made me feel welcome.

Digital Marketing Account Coordinator
I first met with Spectrum folks at my university's career fair. After chatting with some employees, I had a phone interview with the CEO. That went well, so next I chatted with a head account manager and the Paid Search Manager via Skype. After that second step, I was invited to the office for interviews with the Paid Search Manager, CFO, and CEO. All three rounds felt good and I felt like they were genuinely interested in my skills. They seemed to care about where I'd fit and how I could best use my skills, not just about filling a spot. I even got a tour of their old and new office space. It was a satisfying experience overall.

Web Designer
So, I'm pretty sure it was a multi-stage process. I got past the first stage, and the interviewer was nice and seemed engaged. He mentioned he'd email me in a couple days with a project to test my skills. But, surprise, no email ever came. So I had to reach out after a week to get the project details. It took a good chunk of time to complete. Once I sent it back, I got totally ghosted. Like, you'd expect at least a rejection email after all that. Honestly, it felt like they only sent the project test because I asked, not because they were really interested in my application. I would have preferred a rejection over all that hassle.

Account Coordinator
This was easily one of the best interview processes I've been through. The company was super responsive and helpful, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. Everyone was really friendly too, which made me feel comfortable. I applied online, heard back within a week, and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was great; they used a screen-share to explain the company culture, how the company is structured, and what they offer. It was really informative and I was impressed by how much thought went into the presentation. They asked about my experience and why I was interested in the company, and by the end, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was at their downtown Chicago office, which was easy to get to. I met with the same person from the phone interview and also the VP. You could tell they're really invested in hiring the right people. The interview was pretty conversational, focusing on getting to know me. They did ask some structured questions that were a bit tougher than usual, but I was prepared from Glassdoor reviews. By the end of the day, I got an email to schedule a third round interview, which we set up for two weeks out because of my current job. They were very understanding about the timing. For this final interview, I met with the director of the team and the CEO. Everyone was informative and answered my questions clearly. Afterwards, I got a tour of the office, and the next day, I got an offer.
