& Process

The interview process was pretty average and went smoothly. They mainly wanted to understand my motivation for joining the company and my long-term career aspirations. They also asked about my past work experience and tailored their questions accordingly.

I saw a posting on LinkedIn and reached out to the recruiter who posted it. After she rescheduled a few times, we finally talked for 20 minutes on a Friday. We discussed my background and she asked about my salary needs. On Monday, I interviewed with the hiring manager for 30 minutes, and on Tuesday, I had a 30-minute Zoom call with three other recruiters on the team to hear about their experiences. I got a verbal and written offer that same day, but I declined it because it was $20,000 less than my stated requirement.

The first round was with HR at the Hyderabad branch, and it was a very good conversation. They asked about my previous projects mentioned on my resume. I then had a test lasting about 45 minutes with 6 requirements. The next day, I received a call informing me that I had cleared the first round. On the same day, I got a call from the HR team of the Chandigarh office, which lasted for 45 minutes, involving a detailed discussion. The third round was an online test for 1 hour and 30 minutes, where I needed to achieve at least 50% in each section; I scored 83%. Finally, there were salary discussions along with the date of joining, and I received an offer. I am happy to join the Spectraforce family.
