Sales Development Representative
I had one phone call and then they had me come into the office to meet with three different people. It was a really friendly vibe and made me want to join.
- How do you deal with objections?
Sales Development Representative
I went through a two-month interview process with Specright, involving six interviews. It started with an HR screen, followed by assessments, two meetings with hiring managers, an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, and two more with senior/director-level leaders, the last one being with a senior-level leader. While the interviews themselves felt okay, the overall process was messy and poorly handled. Several interviewers admitted they didn't know who I'd spoken to, my stage in the process, or why they were there. Some even said they weren't the decision-makers. There was no consistent understanding or ownership among the interviewers. I tried to stay professional and adaptable. I was also told I was being considered for multiple roles. Before meeting the CRO, I asked HR for more info to prepare, but never heard back. After the sixth interview, a hiring manager checked in, and I responded quickly. Then, all communication stopped. My main recruiter changed halfway through. I followed up with the new recruiter and their listed backup after the final interview, but got no response. This all happened around major holidays. Even so, a quick update or rejection would have been easy. After investing over two months and talking to many senior people, being ghosted completely shows a lack of basic respect and accountability. Getting rejected would have been tough but professional. Silence isn't.

We start with a screening to check your background and see what you know about the company. Then, you'll have an online interview with an account executive where they'll check your interest and see what you can find out about the position.
